The Archuleta County Broadband Services Management Office recently completed contract negotiations among Zito Media, Archuleta County and the Town of Pagosa Springs, to finalize contract details regarding dark fiber leasing for open access on the Southwest Colorado Access Network (SCAN) fiber running from the uptown Pagosa Springs Medical Center to the downtown Town of Pagosa Springs Town Hall. The fiber provides high-speed connectivity from fiber termination points uptown to a number of County and Town facilities as well as many commercial and residential accounts throughout the Pagosa Springs area.
