The Archuleta County Broadband Services Management Office coordinates dark fiber leases for the open access network fiber that connects the Pagosa Springs Medical Center in uptown Pagosa Springs to the Town of Pagosa Springs Town Hall located in downtown Pagosa Springs. The open access SCAN (Southwest Colorado Access Network) fiber connects many Archuleta County and Town of Pagosa Springs facilities as well as providing access to anchor institutions like Archuleta School District campuses and La Plata Electric Association.
